Bali, known as 'The Island Of The Gods' is an extraordinarily beautiful and supportive environment in which to practice yoga. This yoga retreat is a wonderful week of Iyengar Yoga practice.
Our Bali Yoga Retreat is held at a beautiful boutique property in the small village of Nyuhkuning, an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Ubud via the world famous Monkey Forest. Each accommodation is individually appointed in it’s own stunning style, featuring traditional Balinese architecture. Set amidst lush gardens, the yoga retreat venue is surrounded by idyllic views looking out to the sacred land of the Monkey Forest temple and has breath-taking views of the Wos River valley. The secluded setting makes for the perfect yoga environment.
The intention for this retreat is first and foremost for you to experience what creating space in your life feels like when we have the opportunity to practice daily without distractions. “How lucky was I to spend a week in Ubud Bali practicing yoga with my teacher at the beautiful retreat venue. We left cold Melbourne and were transported to what seemed to be paradise, our rooms gave us views to unwind by and the studio was set in lush green surrounds. The yoga was kind and also challenging in this new setting but I stretched in the heat, in ways I hadn’t before. The group was perfect and the spa treatments a wonderful way to fill the day. All in all it was so much more than I had ever hoped.”
