New To Yoga?


All of our Foundation Courses include unlimited Foundation Yoga.

You are in excellent hands. Our Foundation courses offer a clear, methodical pathway to learn yoga.

We teach our Foundation to Iyengar Yoga courses from absolute scratch. There is no level of fitness, flexibility or experience required AT ALL. Age is also no barrier (although we do have a specialty needs class if you have medical issues are pre or post natal or a mature age citizen!). We teach a progressive and systematic curriculum which sees you progress weekly and build on your understanding and skill one class at a time.  

Even if you have a little experience or have practiced another style of yoga, you will benefit from attending our Foundation Level Iyengar Yoga course.

What do I bring?

At the moment with COVID you need to bring: 2 x clean pillow cases, 1 strap, 1 Blanket or think towel

What do I wear?

Clothing that you feel comfortable in and can move freely in. Shorts, leggings, track pants are all fine…whatever you have in the wardrobe!

How long is each class?

Our Foundation to Iyengar Yoga classes are 1 hour. As you move through our yoga levels the classes get progressively longer up to a maximum of 2 hours.
It’s never too late to start. We hope you’ll join us on the mat soon.
